The award is being presented to the companies who have a long-term campus recruitment plan as a vital part of their human resource strategy. These companies have recruited college graduates for many years, supported dynamic events and research programs on campus, sponsored activities and nurtured entrepreneurship, and earned broad recognition and high reputation among students.
51job.com assessed and identified the Top Graduate Employer Brands based on eight criteria, and also compared and analyzed the data from candidate companies in the same industry. In addition, surveys were conducted and forums were held on job-search satisfaction among fresh graduates of more than 65 leading universities. Taking into consideration both the information provided by the candidate companies and the feedback from recent graduates, the Top Graduate Employer Brands 2025 were determined and awarded to the selected enterprises.
